Refund policy


We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase, we will work with you to work out a solution you are happy with.

Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Credit will be made in the original form of payment. Items must be returned in the original condition and well packed. Shipping fees are not refundable unless there was an error on our part. We are also happy to make exchanges for another item.

Our return policy on sale items is the same as for regularly priced items. All items purchased on sale or with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes orders with free shipping. The buyer is responsible for paying for any additional return and exchange shipping costs.

Returns involving free shipping or quantity discounts will be pro-rated and/or the discount may become invalid in the case of bringing the adjusted purchase lower than that qualifying for the discount.

Please contact us if you wish to return an item so we know to look for it.
To process a return or exchange an item, items must be in new, unused, and untampered condition.

To qualify for a refund, items must be received back within two weeks of your original receipt of the package in new, unused condition, in all original packaging.

Upon receipt of products, we will issue a refund equal to the price paid for product or ship exchange goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders
Custom jewelry or jewelry which has been sized or changed at your request is not refundable, but we will work with you and do our best to make you happy with your purchase.

Secondary Markets/Resellers
We cannot process returns or exchanges for our products purchased from secondary retailers.
