How long can I burn the wine bottle candles?
You can burn the candles less than hours. Review the label on the candle for additional directions.
Tea lights will fit into the wooden plate. Carefully place at the tealight cover, which fits into a special groove, over the lit candle. ONLY USE a tealight, do not use a votive. This product is designed to house the burning tealight safely.
Never leave candles unattended and keep them away from pets and children.
What materials do I need to use in the glass planter?
You will need good quality soil, compost, and seeds. The glass container makes an excellent planter!
For African violet plants, check the water level every 3 days to be sure the plants are receiving adequate moisture.

What materials do you use?
Materials are sourced from reputable and vetted suppliers to be the best quality. I have used these companies for years and found their products to be exceptional.
We use sterling silver, 14K or 18K gold, bronze, copper as well as crystal and glass beads. Bronze coated with gold or silver are used as well, it wears like gold-filled materials. If available, metals may be derived from recycled sources.
Are you products hypoallergenic?
Yes, I started making jewelry because I was allergic to nickel so the sourced suppliers I use have products that are hypoallergenic. With my sensitivity, I am able to wear components supplied by these companies.
How should i care for the jewelry?
Remove before taking a shower or swimming, before going to bed or working out. Wait until you’ve applied your make-up, perfume, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry. Clean jewelry with a polishing cloth. Do not submerge in water or use soap to clean. Sterling silver items will be shipped in a tarnish-resistant bag and a polishing cloth may be purchased here.

I ship all orders via USPS or UPS

I made multiple purchases, can I bundle shipping fees?
Yes, absolutely. If the purchase is going to the same address. If it is for multiple addresses, a charge will be made for each separate address.
I want to save on shipping. Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, email me at stef.whitlow@gmail.com and we can meet for pick up; onace picked up, I can refund the shipping charge.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Send an email to stef.whitlow@gmail.com and we will discuss exchange, replacement or refund options. Note, the damaged item may be due to UPS or USPS delivery and may require a separate form/claim to one of those agencies.
What is the lead time on my items/order?
All products are handmade and I will note in the description what the lead time will be for each item. On average the items can be shipped within 24-48 hours and, once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Expect from order to delivery to be between 1-2 weeks.

I don’t think this item was what I was hoping for, can I return it for refund?
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase, please send an email to stef.whitlow@gmail.com so we can work with you to find a solution and get you the product you like. We are also happy to make exchanges for another item.
Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Credit will be made in the original form of payment. Items must be returned in the original condition and well packed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are not refundable unless there was an error on our part. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
I had a custom order and am not sure this is what I wanted once it arrived, can I get a refund?
Custom jewelry or jewelry which has been sized or changed at your request is not refundable, but we will work with you and do our best to make you happy with your purchase.
I was notified of a refund for my order, but I can't see it in my bank account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and credit card. It may take up to 5 days for these services to post a change. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact me at
